Shelley has created such an incredible community and safe place for people of all ages and fitness levels to come and train. I have always wanted to focus on strength training but found weights and the typical gym environment quite intimidating. This is the first group trained gym i've been too, and honestly, it's been the best experience. I sincerely couldn't recommend Shelley and her team enough. Doesn't matter if you're a seasoned vet or rolling off the couch, the team at underground will get you. Do it.
