YNGFIT teens functional strength program has been developed for teens 11 – 17 years of age. 

Based off the study from Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Andy, this program will use age and development appropriate resistance training to improve sports performance, engagement in PA and support growth and development through the critical teen years.

The Sideliner

Might not love sport and want to try something new.

The Go - Getter

Those who love sports & physical activity, but may need help with coordination/fitness/strength.

The Injured Prone

Those who love their sport, but may spend more time on the sidelines due to injury.

The Mini - Athlete

Is showing promise in a sporting area and wants professional help to develop their skills in a fun engaging environment.

Sessions will run for 45 minutes with a max of 8 teens per class.

Having a small class along with a trained professional will play an essential role in ensuring proper technique, form, progression of exercises, and safety in this age group
