YNGFIT is a specialist program designed for introducing young people to strength and conditioning and into the fitness world in general in a safe and positive environment.

Forming positive habits in health and fitness in the formative years is paramount for your childs development in later years. The benefits of physical activity in a gym setting are endless from improvements in mood, sleep and mental health,  to physical strengthening, flexibility, balance, hand-eye coordination, speed, and power, there are so many reasons to have your child develop life long skills at the Underground Movement. 

Our University educated Strength and Conditioning coaches specialise in adolescent development and tailor our programming to structurally and safely develop key skills. 

We incorporate 5 fundamental movement patterns into our 10 week YNGFIT program.

We focus on these fundamental movements to enhance the physical development of our teenage members. Each session also includes a game to reinforce these movements in a fun and engaging way.

So our members are not only partaking in an exercise program, but also learning how to properly move their bodies for their long-term development.

Those who love sports & physical activity, but may need help with coordination/fitness/strength.

Those who love their sport, but may spend more time on the sidelines due to injury.
